James Marchegiano

James Marchegiano is the CEO, owner and licensed broker behind Nikallen Real Estate. He founded the firm after 15 years in the business, including a decade leading a property management company. He started out as a contractor, and that hands-on background shapes how he looks at every property today. His focus is helping investors put together portfolios that perform and keeping them well managed. Away from the office, Jim is usually on a golf course, following his teams, or traveling with his wife and their dog, Louie.
